Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request assistance with your order.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
All products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
